Our operations are driven by core values of integrity, responsibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
This Code of Conduct sets the ethical and operational framework that governs our business and applies to all Simpleway’s employees, suppliers, subcontractors, cooperators, and partners (collectively referred to as “the Partner”). It represents our commitment to act responsibly and sustainably in all aspects of our business.
Legal Compliance
All Simpleway Partners must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and international sanctions relevant to their operations. This Code of Conduct establishes minimum standards and does not replace any legal obligations.
Application and Monitoring
Partners are required to conform to this Code of Conduct throughout the supply chain. Simpleway actively monitors compliance and may request self-assessment questionnaires or additional information. Site inspections may be conducted to verify adherence.
If non-compliance is identified, immediate corrective action must be taken, and we must be notified of the issue and the remediation plan. Failure to comply may result in contract termination.
